Purchase policies —

We ship to all contries within the European Union, Norway and United Kingdom. Free shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany.

For Inquiries about direct sales outside the EU, please write to info@eberhart-furniture and we will try to find a shipment solution and estimate the additional shipping fee or give you a referral to any dealer near you.

 

The expected delivery time is 8-10 weeks from the order date, if the item is not out of order. For delivery outside of the www.eberhart-furniture.com, the delivery time will be announced and agreed by e-mail.

The delivery date may differ from the desired date, but you can act pro-actively by contacting the freight company which we states that is used for the freight task in question. 

We will select the means of transport and transport route to your declared shipping address. You will take over the risk of the product upon delivery. Any freight charges are stated when shopping at www.eberhart-furniture.com. On goods traded outside of the www.eberhart-furniture.com, a potential shipping fee is agreed upon in advance by e-mail.

 

Please note that our furniture is delivered “curbside” / at the pavement unless otherwise is agreed upon at the time of ordering. If you want a specific delivery date, we are very open minded in regards of aiming at the desired date. The desired delivery date will always be indicative as we operate with a third party that carries our furniture. The delivery date may thus differ from the desired date, but the buyer can him- herself act pro-actively by contacting the freight company which Eberhart states that is used for the freight task in question.

If you want your furniture to be carried inside /up we would like to coordinate this with a third party against an additional price. Price is agreed according to the scope of the freight task.

 

For deliveries outside Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany, you will pay all shipping costs and any duties and charges associated with the purchase. You will take over the risk of the product upon delivery to the freight company. Eberhart Furniture is not responsible for transport damage.

If you for some reason would like to return your Eberhart furniture please contact us on info@eberhart-furniture.com with your order number.

You have 14 days to exchange or return an item.

All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.

Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.

 

Please note that you are responsible for coordinating and paying shipping when returning a piece of furniture. We will assist you in regards to the selection of the freight company. Please contact us on info@eberhartfurniture.com.

 

 

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just email us at info@eberhart-furniture.com within one week of receiving the item to request an exchange.

 

How long does it take to process a return?
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Under normal circumstances you will get the refund with 10-14 working days after you have initiated the return process. If you have any further questions, please contact info@eberhart-furniture.com and we will assist you.

If you’ve encountered any issues with your purchased product, our Claims & Support Center is here to assist you. Any complaint regarding flaws and deficiencies in the product must be notified to us in writing within a reasonable time and no later than one week after the defect or flaw has been discovered.

 

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solutions via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. You got a 2 year warranty granted against manufacturing defects on standard products. Wear and tear is not covered by this warranty, as well as damages caused by the customer, surface treatment etc., are not covered by the warranty. Incorrect use of the product, abuse or vandalism is not covered by the warranty.
